Returns

You may request a return within [30 days] of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• A return request must be approved before the item is sent back.

Do not send products back without receiving return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot normally be returned:

• Opened or used filament and resin
• Used nozzles, hotends, build plates, or replacement parts
• Products damaged through misuse or incorrect installation
• Gift cards
• Final-sale or clearance items
• Custom or special-order products

Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming printer, material, voltage, size, and component compatibility before ordering.

Contact us before purchase when compatibility is unclear.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order after delivery. Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect.

Include:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos or video
• Packaging photos when applicable

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping charges and return-shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Banks and payment providers may require additional time to process a completed refund.

Cancellations
